“Picky Dinner”
Lately I’ve been serving “Picky Dinner” (a lot, actually).
Picky Dinner is as simple as opening the fridge and placing a variety of foods on the table—pick at this, pick at that.
Add some hummus or other dip, maybe a few crackers or bit of bread. Some fruit or veggies that are wilting get put out too so that they don’t go bad.
I love olives (hubby hates them) and make sure that they get added to the table.
Although there’s no “theme”, I make sure that protein is represented—a lone hard boiled egg or few strips of chicken.
Picky Dinner is simple and gets the crew fed—mission accomplished!
