Karen is all about providing personalized support to help kids find and keep a balanced diet. She believes that making healthy food choices should be about what you like and, most importantly, enjoying your meals. Karen connects with kids and their families to figure out when they're ready for changes and then creates flexible, custom plans that fit their unique needs.
If you're finding it tough to manage your kids' eating habits, you're definitely not alone—feeding kids can be challenging! That's why we believe every parent should have access to a pediatric dietitian or nutritionist. Karen's here to help with just that. She works with parents to transform their kids' eating habits and make mealtimes more enjoyable.
Together, we can encourage your kids to try new foods, enjoy a range of different foods, come to the table without any fuss, and build a positive, lifelong relationship with food and their bodies.
Karen earned her degree in dietetics from the University of New Hampshire.
