A weekly walk @the speed of conversation for teens who do not consider themselves to be athletic, but are motivated to get their body moving. Karen will travel to your home (within 30 minutes of Portsmouth) to walk with your teen. The goal of the walk is to simply move, consistently, rain or shine, without ulterior motive. The time together may, or may not, contain any actual conversation 🙂
This is a minimum of a 6 week commitment. Scheduling walks is dependent on Karen’s office schedule.
